Congratulations to everyone who participated in the August Belt Promotion!
As summer comes to an end and a new school year begins, it's natural to feel a little of the "end -of-summer blues." This is the time of year when we start hearing excuses of not wanting to come to class and kids trying to make the most of their remaining free time to do nothing before returning to school. Martial arts works in the complete opposite way! Instead, now is the perfect time to reset, refocus, and set new goals. Whether it's in school, at home/work, or on the mats, remember that achievements come from staying focused, working hard, and never giving up when things get difficult.

Increased rank = increased challenges! Keep up by upgrading your membership to 3x/week or unlimited!
Struggling or need to make up classes? Private lessons are always available 1 week in advance. 1 for $40 or 3 for $99 (discounts on 3 packs for Premium and Elite Members).
We have an exciting few months ahead, so be sure to add these important dates to your calendars and set your goals:

***Annual Break-A-Thon 9/26 11am-2pm***
One of our favorite annual events held rain or shine at our location! Students will challenge themselves by breaking boards while raising funds for a great cause. New this year will be a speed breaking challenge! More information and registration details will be coming soon. No normal classes this day. Teens/Adults looking to volunteer for service hours please see an instructor.
***October Belt Promotion 10/10 @ St. Boniface School in Germantown***
Another opportunity to showcase your progress and earn your next rank. This is also a Kukkiwon International Black Belt degree test. Super Saturday will be October 3rd 11:30am-1pm.
***November Best of the Best Tournament (Date & Venue TBD)***
Test your skills and gain valuable competition experience in forms, board breaking, and/or sparring. Open to all students all ages high white belt and above. Whether it’s your first tournament or your tenth, everyone is encouraged to participate. We will also have a tournament Super Saturday for those looking to gain an extra advantage.
***December Belt Promotion 12/12 @ St. Boniface School in Germantown***
Finish the year strong with another belt promotion opportunity! Super Saturday will be held on December 5th 11:30am-1pm.
We encourage every student to stay consistent with their training as schedules become busier. Even one or two classes each week can make a tremendous difference in maintaining progress, building confidence, and achieving success!
