TEEN/ADULT BLACK BELT ONLY CLASS

The next teen/adult black belt only class will be on Friday, May 24th at 6:45pm. *All colored belts that normally attend 6:45pm please make-up an extra day the following week.

NEXT BELT PROMOTION OPPORTUNITY

The next belt promotion opportunity will be on Saturday, June 14th at St. Boniface School in Germantown. Pre-register by Wednesday, June 11th by turning in your promotion application with fees (cash or check only).

SUPER SATURDAY TESTING PREP CLASS

Saturday, June 7th 11:30am-1pm. *Limited spots available! Get the extra help you need on your form, techniques, and board break leading up to testing. This is a great way to earn any missing belt stripes and gain a confidence boost leading into testing week. $30 or $27 for ELITE (includes board for breaking).

SUMMER DAYTIME CLASS BEGINS WEEK OF JUNE 16TH

All 7-12 year olds will have a daytime class available to attend on Wednesdays at 11am throughout the summer!

Teens are welcome to attend any Tuesday and Thursday morning class at 11:30am

This class counts towards your weekly allowed according to your membership. Want more? Then avoid the "Summer Blues" and upgrade your membership to make this summer fun & active!

NEXT WEAPONS PROGRAM BEGINS SATURDAY, JUNE 21ST FEATURING ESKRIMA!

Eskrima is a traditional Filipino martial art that emphasizes on weapon based fighting with sticks and knives, along with empty hand techniques (joint locks & weapon disarming). This session will consist of 10 classes on the following Saturdays at 11:45am:

June 21st & 28th

July 12th, 19th, & 26th

August 16th & 23rd

September 6th, 20th & 27th

Cost will be $225 w/ weapon (Basic Membership)

Premium/Advanced Members $191.25 w/ weapon

Elite Members $180 w/ weapon

*Limited spots! Sign-up by Friday, June 13th. Open to ages 7 years & up and at least a high white belt.
